Free Shipping included on all orders for standard post delivery to Australia
We provide free shipping for standard wall sticker deliveries, but you also have the option to choose express post shipping at checkout. Please note that the delivery charges for express post are calculated on weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery address.
At Wall Expressions, we aim to ship all ordered wall decals within two working days. We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations.
Whilst we can ship to PO Boxes for smaller orders, we might request a street address for large decals or larger orders, as our couriers don't deliver to PO Boxes.
Approximate shipping times to NSW and QLD metro 2-4 days and regional 4-7 days, for all other states and territories allow at least 1 week for metro and up to 2 weeks for regional. Please note that this does NOT include production times. Also be aware that the delivery times are only guidelines. We can't control how long the actual delivery of your parcel will take. Please contact Australia Post directly if you require specific shipping information. If your vinyl wall decal has not arrived after an appropriate waiting time, please contact our Customer Service Team by using the Contact Form on this website, stating your order number.
Tracking number with every order
We use Australia Post for most of the smaller deliveries and a courier for heavier items and provide a tracking number for all orders. You will receive an email with your order tracking number once your order has been sent. We will take no responsibility for lost orders.
The production of your wall decal order takes approx. 2-3 working days, depending on the nature and size of your order. If you are getting a custom design made, the production time depends heavily on the approval process and the complexity of your decal. However, for a standard custom quote, we aim to send you the artwork within 48 hours for you to review and will produce the decal within 24 hours of your approval.
Please consider that larger orders might need some more time to be produced.
If you need your decal by a specific date, we recommend you leave a note at check-out. We will try our best to ensure the date can be met.
Wall Expressions take considerable pride in our Australian made products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item, within 30 days of receiving it, we’ll be happy for you to return the item reply paid to us for either a replacement item, repair or a refund. Note that refunds can take up to 2 weeks to be processed once products have been received.
Under the Australian Consumer Law you can request a free repair, replacement or refund, if the product is not to an acceptable quality but you are not entitled to one when you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind (including colour, size or design) or found it cheaper elsewhere; or the fault is due to an error you made in typing when ordering a custom quote or name decal (please check spelling when ordering and when reviewing draft designs); or the defect resulted from abnormal use or was damaged during application (the product is designed for single-use and cannot be applied, removed and re-used).
To return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
